1/2 lb thinly sliced or ground buffalo steak
1/3 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup low fat mayonnaise
1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 cup eggbeaters
2 Tbsp cornstarch (mixed with milk)
1/2 lb grated Swiss cheese
1 Tbsp Worchestershire Sauce
Brown meat in skillet. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over meat in quiche dish or pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Always good with a fresh garden salad.
